1. Donations Are Generally Non‑Refundable

Donations are made voluntarily to support our mission and are generally non‑refundable. This includes donations made for donation-based program enrollment or participation.

2. Limited Exception: Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

We may consider a refund only in limited cases where a donation is proven to be:

• Duplicated (for example, the same donation was charged twice due to a payment gateway issue), or
• Erroneously charged (for example, a technical error resulted in an incorrect charge).

In such cases, refunds (if approved) are processed back to the original payment method, subject to payment processor and bank timelines.

3. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Provided

• Change of mind, change in personal circumstances, or inability to attend a program/session.
• Requests to redirect a donation to a different person or institution.
• Donations made with incorrect details provided by the donor (unless it is a proven duplicate/erroneous charge as described above).

4. How to Request a Review (Duplicate/Erroneous Charge Only)

If you believe you were charged twice or charged incorrectly, email us within 7 days of the transaction with:

• Your full name and contact number
• The transaction reference/UTR/payment ID
• Date and time of the donation
• Amount and payment method used
• Any supporting screenshots or bank messages (if available)

We will review and respond after verification with our payment processor and internal records. If approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Actual credit timelines depend on your bank and payment network.
