Dr. Sharma provides academic direction to DAKSHTAA's programs, ensuring they remain practical, research-informed, and responsive to school realities. She focuses on building strong teacher development pathways and ethical learning communities.

Ajay supports governance and implementation with a focus on partnerships and program quality. He works closely with institutions to align program goals, schedules, and facilitation support for maximum learner benefit.

Kavita coordinates academic planning and operations across training formats. She ensures smooth communication, documentation, and follow-up so every program delivers a consistent participant experience.

Ritesh supports program coordination and outreach, helping connect educators with relevant learning opportunities. His work includes scheduling support, participant communications, and on-ground facilitation assistance.

Pooja focuses on participant support and learning community engagement. She helps teams create inclusive spaces for discussion, practice, and reflection—before, during, and after training sessions.
