About this program
A competency building program designed to help students manage stress and time effectively during their academic journey. Topics include identifying stress triggers, relaxation techniques, time management strategies, exam preparation planning, balancing academics and extracurricular activities, and building resilience. The program uses group work, brain storming sessions, and participant activities.
