About this program
A competency building program focused on developing interpersonal skills among students. The program covers active listening, assertive communication, collaboration and teamwork, negotiation skills, building trust, and networking. Students engage in group presentations, role play, management games, and brain storming sessions to practice and enhance their interpersonal abilities.
